2nd Annual SPP2419 HyCAM Doctoral Workshop

The 2nd SPP 2419 HyCAM Doctoral Workshop will be held on May 26–27, 2025, in Bochum at the Center for the Engineering of Smarter Product-Service Systems (ZESS), Ruhr University Bochum.
Researchers and doctoral candidates from Combustion Science and Additive Manufacturing working within the ten research projects of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) – German Research Foundation HyCAM Priority Program will gather for a two-day scientific workshop aimed at strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and doctoral training.
The agenda includes presentations and discussion sessions designed to encourage knowledge exchange and foster synergies among the projects. A poster session will provide additional opportunities to explore the research topics in depth and engage in scientific exchange.
Participants will also have the chance to network informally and gain further insights into the collaborative work being carried out within the HyCAM community.

The 2nd Annual SPP2419 HyCAM Meeting will be held on October 22-23, 2025, in Aachen at Parkhotel Quellenhof.

Goals

All SPP2419 HyCAM Projects will present their main results to the other members of this Priority Program, including the  Mercator Fellow Dr. Ing. Andrea Gruber. The main goals of this meeting are to:
  • Foster collaboration between different research groups
  • Coordinate research efforts and directions within the entire SPP2419 HyCAM project Priority Program
